Team Rainbow
Story
Hi. We are Nadia and Cullen. We are both 3 years old, are great friends, and love rainbows. This year, we will be joining the Run2Cure local to support research into neuroblastoma childhood cancer and those families affected. Neuroblastoma a solid tumour of thr nervous system which occurs most commonly in kids under 5 years old. The average age of diagnosis is just 1 to 2 years old, when kids are still even littler than us! Neuroblastoma claims the life of more kids under 5 than any other cancer.
We will be running 1km on our tiny, easily distracted legs, to show our support. You can show your support by making a donation through our page. Any donation will make a difference to the kids and families affected by neuroblastoma
Neuroblastoma Australia
Neuroblastoma is a devasting childhood cancer with the average age of diagnosis being just two years old. With survival of rates for aggressive neuroblastoma at only 50%, this disease claims more lives of children under the age of five than any other cancer.
We don’t need a miracle; just more research.
Neuroblastoma Australia, is a registered charity founded by families with children affected by the disease and has raised over $1.7 million for research into a cure for this complex cancer which almost exclusively affects young children.
You can make a difference. Help raise funds for research into more effective and less toxic treatments for neuroblastoma today.
